Radiesse
Radiesse is an injectable treatment that can provide support to selected areas of the face while encouraging collagen and elastin production over time. It offers a different approach from a standard hyaluronic acid filler.
How Radiesse works
Radiesse contains tiny calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) particles suspended in a gel. The gel provides an initial supporting effect in appropriate treatment areas. The particles also stimulate the body’s processes involved in producing collagen and elastin. The product is gradually broken down by the body.
What it can be used for:
- Cheeks where support or contour has reduced
- Nasolabial folds, which run from the nose towards the corners of the mouth
- Marionette lines around the lower face, depending on the product used
- Jawline definition, depending on the product used
- The backs of the hands
- Selected skin quality concerns in suitable areas
Your treatment

Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising can occur. Less common but more serious complications are possible with any injectable treatment; we’ll discuss these fully before you decide to proceed.
