The result is rejuvenated skin that appears firmer and plumper – sometimes even from the first treatment – in as little as 20 minutes with minimal downtime and discomfort.

  • pigmentation
  • dark scars
  • photo-damage and sun-damage

ClearLift: For spots, fine lines and hyperpigmentation

At Dr. Yash Aesthetics, we use the Alma ClearSkin Er:Glass (erbium glass fibre) fractional laser to treat the common signs of acne including acne lesions, blackheads, open pores and oily skin.

By causing thermal damage to the sebaceous glands, the ClearSkin laser reduces sebum production and destroys the bacteria responsible for acne vulgaris papules, pustules, and nodules.

    The treatment is
    suitable for all skin types,
    has almost no side effects
Effective for active acne and acne scarring
and achieves a smoother complexion with lasting results.

ClearVein: For rosacea and vascular lesions like leg veins

Laser treatment for vascular lesions is a safe, quick and effective non-surgical procedure for:

  • Thread veins (spider or broken veins)
  • Rosacea
  • Facial Flushing
  • Spider Naevi
  • Cherry Angiomas (Campbell de Morgan spots)
  • Laser for fungal nail treatment

Nail fungus (medical name ‘onychomycosis’) is a fungal infection of the fingernails or – more often – the toenails.

It’s a relatively common condition and not usually serious, but it can be difficult to treat. Traditional treatments such as medications or topical creams are only likely to have limited success.

The infection may clear up, after a while, by maintaining good hand and foot hygiene. But it can be unpleasant to have – and you can pass it on if it’s left untreated.

We believe we have found the most effective treatment for nail fungus that will quickly and safely deal with the root cause of the condition.

We use the innovative Alma laser, which combines two clinically-proven light-based technologies:

  • Q-switched Nd:YAG
  • Long-pulsed Nd:YAG.
The lasers target the source of the infection under the nail plate, clearing the nail fungus in a few, short treatment sessions.
  • Laser for tattoo removal

Q-switched lasers are recognised as the only really effective lasers for tattoo removal. They have the ability to reach deeper layers of skin tissues (especially compared to older generation laser technologies) and to break down all the available inks and combination of inks.

With new advances in Q-switched laser technology, we can achieve tattoo removal with minimal risk of scarring and permanent pigmentary alteration.

Since many wavelengths are needed to treat multi-coloured tattoos, three types of Q-switched lasers are needed to remove the full spectrum of pigments used in tattoos:

  • Q-switched ruby laser (694 nm) – black, blue and green pigments
  • Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532 nm, 1064 nm) – red, yellow, orange, black and blue pigments
  • Q-switched alexandrite laser (755 nm) – black, blue and green pigments.
